Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain excellent media contacts and positively influence the media in all states in the region
- Continuous engagement with leading media in the region
- To ensure quality media interest in Amway media’s & shift focus to ‘world class products’
- Seek platforms at regional level which help in positioning Amway as a progressive FMCG Player
2. Comprehensive PR strategy to promote Nutrition and Beauty brands
- Leverage and promote key product launches /campaigns across Nutrition and beauty category
- Generate positive stories around products in Nutrition and Beauty category
- Build need for supplementation in the mainstream media
- Preparing press releases and answering media questions
3. Drive Amway’s CSR
- Manage and audit partner NGO in the region and ensure all compliances are met as per requirement
- Identify and recommend interesting projects which can be implemented by Amway CSR
- Engage and lead computer centre and sunrise partners to deliver quality education in efficient and effective manner
- Promote CSR activities of Amway India amongst the ABOs and employees
- Lead impactful CSR led communication
4. Control and limit any unfolding crisis in the media domain in the region. Ensure Amway’s voice is heard and reported in
the media stories. Minimize negative coverage against Amway India
- Proactively propose and if necessary, execute response to any negative article on Amway
- Ensure propagation of Amway point of view to counter negative media during a crisis
- Proactively prevent / influence negative stories
