Job Description

Estate manager to organize and oversee daily operations of the estate facilities. The incumbent will
be responsible for estate operations management and coordinating activities by helping people /
staff reach their full potential. Candidate must be focused on ensuring excellent customer
experience. They must have leadership, problem solvers and decision taking abilities to ensure
smooth operations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.

Job Responsibilities

a. Hire qualified personnel when needed as per the approved structure
b. Organize and coordinate people and operations
c. Supervise and oversee staff members
d. Check supplies and equipment quantity and quality
e. Manage budgets and approve expenditures
f. Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
g. Establish standards for customer service
h. Ensure adherence to relevant legal, health and safety regulations and guidelines
i. Keep and update relevant documents and records
j. Create reports for senior management

Job Requirements:

a. Previous working experience as hospitality manager for (12- 15) years
b. Working experience in customer service and operations management for large Hospitality
group / Hotels
c. Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality
management, hotel operations
d. Hands on experience with MS Office and relevant software
e. Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building, interpersonal skills and Problem-
solving aptitude
f. BA in hospitality management or similar relevant field
