Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
To maintain the CRM tool
To clear customer complaints as per internal policy on compensation as per SLA
To make & present analysis of complaints from customers to reduce complaints
To prepare all kind of reports & MIS
Co-ordination with customer service filed members & other related functions like logistics & plants
people, to resolve complaints
