Job Description
Responsible for Developing and nurturing sales of Aerocon branded walling solutions in B2B sales for residential,
institutional, commercial, healthcare, education and government segments. Generation of sales from key builders and
contractors in residential and institutional segments for complete walling solution.
Educational : Must be a science graduate and preferably a Post Graduate - MBA (Marketing)
Professional : Minimum 5 years and Maximum 10 years’ experience in Building Materials
Must have the willingness to travel.
Job Responsibilities
1) Market demand generation:
Ensure achievement of revenue as per target for the specific territory assigned.
Demand generation from existing accounts and new account generation
2) Network Expansion:
Identifying & networking with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, etc.
Generate Lead- Pipe line comprising of projects
New market creation through identification and conversion of untapped customers of the mentioned
segment
3) Marketing activities:
Ensuring proper handling of products to achieve good customer satisfaction.
To ensure the outstanding are being properly monitored and kept to the minimum as per approval from
corporate office.
Preparing and sending various reports to the branch office and maintaining quarterly and annually sales
figure for the assigned territory.
To ensure timely collection of the documents required from dealers and customers.
4) Customer Stability:
Follow up with customers for overdue collection.
Leverage relationships to generate repeat sales.
