Office Manager
Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate with atleast 7 years + experience
Pleasing personality
Excellent Communication skill.
Energetic with a sense of ownership and initiative
Job Responsibilities
Handling front office, guest/visitors queries, and Administrative work.
Handling daily office work, keep cash records, supervising office boys, handling admin dept.
Handling daily income & expenses records, keeping track of Inbound and outbound calls etc.
Responsible for smooth organizing of various office events and conferences.
Assigning the tasks for housekeeping staff and monitoring their work schedules.
Supervision of Facility, Housekeeping & Security staff by managing their daily work
schedule.
Maintained files and records by implementing effective filing systems that boosts efficiency
and organization.
Reporting of daily and monthly staff attendance
Employee on-board assistance
New employee seating arrangement, attendance, I card requisition, etc.
Maintain and reporting of Employee Monthly, food expenses, travel expenses & other
expenses.
Entered daily data in computer systems and document office activities.
Liaised with vendors, contractors and professional services personnel to ensure proper
processing of orders.
